On Saturday the 7th of August we celebrated Maci's 2nd birthday! Her party theme was a princess party. We had the party in Roanoke at my mom's house. Maci wore a cute pink tutu dress and a pink bow with a crown on it. She looked so precious! Her friends also came to the party dressed as princesses. The boys wore pirate hats! Well except Carson he wore a tutu too, it was so funny!
When all Maci's friends got there they went to the table to decorate there princess and pirate masks!
After the kids decorated there masks they just played in the living room. They dressed up, played in the tent, and played with babies. After a little bit of free play they were out the door for the pinata. This was my favorite thing of the party. They were all so cute swinging the bat at the pinata. They actually did a great job! No of them could bust it but neither could any of the guys aka dads. After a few turns swinging at the pinata I pulled the string and they were after the candy and prizes.
When we were done getting all the candy we were ready to go back inside for our next craft. The kids made butterfly wands.
Then it was present time. Maci did a pretty good opening her presents! Camille and Carson were a huge help. Maci got tons of great gifts thanks to wonderful family and friends. Camille got Maci some cute princess shoes. Maci had to put them on as soon as she opened them. They matched her outfit perfect!
They are on the wrong feet but still look absolutely adorable! Thanks Camille! My outfit is complete now!
After presents we had cake and ice cream. Maci clapped the whole time everyone sang to her. The cake was yummy!
The party was great! Maci had a wonderful time and was worn out when it was over. Thanks to all her family and friends for making her day so special. She felt like a true princess.
Happy 2nd Birthday Maci! Mommy and Daddy love you sooooo much!
Maci is looking so cute in that pretty dress. And the party must’ve been amazing, with the beautiful decorations and fun games. My daughter is turning 3 in a few days and I’ve also been arranging her birthday party. Have booked an appropriate space at one of the well-known venues in Los Angeles. Decorations are almost taken care of and only arrangements for food are left to be made.
